Thermovent Assembly Automation is an automated and robotized manufacturing equipment to assemble the Thermovent assembly which is a product for medical use. The assembly of the product takes place via creating 2 paper rolls which will be fitted into two symmetric openings in the T-Body. The assembly is then blown through with pressure air in order to get rid of dust particles and finally checked with an automatic optical inspection using a camera system. Three autonomous Scara robotic manipulators are used for manipulation in the equipment.
