Boxes are designed specifically for automated distribution of extra pure chemicals in the semiconductor industry, such as H2SO4, HF, HCl, NH4OH, H2O2, HNO3, etc. Electric equipment, software, pneumatics valves, connectors and connection points of chemicals allows controlled distribution of chemicals up to 8 points of consumption.
All parts are chemically resistant. Boxes are made from plastic according to FM 4910 standard. Boxes stands on adjustable legs and roller track allow insertion of one or two drums (200 liters).
The two-drum version allows automatic switchover of pumping from first drum to next one if first drum is already empty. Distribution boxes are equipped with automatic control system, touchscreen with visualization of the distribution process and all states of the inputs and outputs, operating status reporting via SMS messages.
