The equipment is used for fully automated assembly of the Epifuse Catheter Connector. The assembly is a product for medical purposes and consists of two parts: Body and Cap. There are several versions of parts which are used for the assembly and presence of proper parts in the assembly has to be ensured, as well as a precise assembly process. The installation of parts takes place in working positions (nests) on a carousel and individual sequences of the working procedure are carried out by automatic stations located round the revolving desk. The manufacturing capacity of the equipment is 1,800 pieces / hour.
