The equipment is used to store and automatically distribute the flammable and potentially explosive chemical EBR in a semiconductors production. There are two high-capacity storage tanks in a supply station located out of the production building. From the station, the chemical is pumped over to a distribution box inside the manufacturing floor and further to the manufacturing equipment.
