The equipment is used as a supply and distribution unit of chemicals for technologies in manufacture of semiconductors. A chemically resistant cabinet makes it possible to store a drum of 60 litres in volume with a stock of chemical, from where the chemical can be pumped through individual outlets to the selected collection points. The drum is closed by means of a lid with built-in ultrasonic level measurement and with inertization by means of N2 nitrogen to prevent from contamination of the chemical by the surrounding environment.
