The machine is designed for degreasing and drying of aluminium foils in semiconductor industry. Degreasing is done in several baths with toluene acetone and ethanol with support of ultrasound for increased efficiency of the cleaning. At the end of the process the foils are dried by heated nitrogen. Due to placement of the machine in the zone with increased danger of explosion, machine is certificated as an Ex according to ATEX 100. The machine is made of stainless steel, working space is closed by uprising cover with conterweights. Control of all valves is pneumatic. Controling system secures timing of processes, operation of ultrasonic emitors and driers. Refilling of the baths with chemicals from main supply is manual or automatic from main supply or distribution boxes.
