Designed for gluing and verifying of the triangular ceramic segments pairs, theirs gluing process and technology.
Device Features:
- Semi-automatic control system (counter of the processed segments, choice of variable gluing parameters)
- The required pressure is provided via an upright pneumatic cylinder with power up to 7 kN
- Upper suction feeder of the segments (segment is held on the top head of the piston rod on the vertical linear guideway)
- Lower companion part – gluing table with positioning elements
- A safe operation of the device (safety light curtain of the gluing process area)
