The equipment is an automatic workplace designed to manufacture formatted pouches filled with a gas mixture. This product is a medical device and is used as a disposable fill into a medical analyzer.
The operator places pouches for filling in slide-out positions of the machine. The equipment will automatically exhaust the residual air from the pouch, dose the filling gas into the pouch and weld the pouch up.
The filled and closed up pouch with the gas is then automatically marked in the machine with a label, trimmed to the resulting shape and placed into the chute for finished products. Handling in the machine is ensured by a six-axis industrial robot.
