Designed for simultaneous grinding of two sides of a ceramic segments.
Device Features:
- Four grinders: 2 grinders for grinding direction to the left and 2 grinders for grinding direction to the right
- Self-centering mechanism of the segments
- Pneumatic clamping modules and sliding “drawer” on linear guideway for segments grinding
- Four pneumatic cylinders for grinders thrust support
- Direct exhaustion of the abrasive particles (directly from the grinding heads)
- PLC control system with display provides a safety features, automatic verification of the sensors status, automatic clamping of the segments, operating modes and cycles.
