	Special-purpose machine for washing with methanol and drying This is the stainless steel equipment for the automatic processing of parts of electrical components. The methanol is used for washing. Methanol is flammable toxic substance which is forming an explosive mixture with the air. A potentially explosive atmosphere there is inside the device. Parts of the shape of a small vial, with a capacity ranging from 0.3 up to 1.5 ml, are processed once per eighty pieces. Parts are palletized (stored) all at once in technological pallets. First, they are all filled and flushed with methanol so that they are free of bubbles. Subsequently, methanol is sucked off from all of the parts. At the next step, hot air is blowing to the parts to dry. At the last step, technological pallet are stored to a ten positions cassette. Operator is carrying out only inserting of the pallets into the device, and removing of the cassettes with already processed pallets. Any shifting of the pallets, within the device, is performed automatically. (The equipment is used by U.S. customer in Czech Republic.)


	Special-purpose blotting machine Special purpose machine is used for extraction (blotting) deposited process solution from capacitor´s anodes according to a specified recipe. Suction papers (placed in the tray for 400 pcs. sheet A4) are moved by conveyor belt under the frame with the anodes. The frame is pneumatically pressed against moving paper as long as anodes are not completely dry. Used papers are automatically moved to the machine´s trash. The automatic process is controlled by PLC. (The equipment is being operated in Czech Republic for a UK customer)

	Special-purpose grinding machine Semiautomatic, special-purpose machine for simultaneous grinding a foresides of four ceramic segments at 95-310 mm in length. Operating personnel puts four segments into chucking beds while previous four segments grinds according to pre-set grinding period. Grinding process starts after automatic centering of the embedded segments, and is performed using two groups of four diamond wheels with scavenging. Diamond wheels drive up towards segment from sides in a closed exhausting place. (The equipment is used by Japanese customer in Poland)


	Device for dispensing bearings Device is a special-purpose machine for driven distribution of bearings according to read barcode from technology manual. Barcode reading is performed using laser scanner. Operating personnel picks up the various types of bearings from bearing reservoirs. Doors of the reservoirs are pneumatically operated. Reservoir door is automatically closed after removing the hand from the optically detected area and thus avoid manual removal of the wrong type of bearing. The device is equipped with PLC control, and operational status is displayed on the graphical touch screen. (The equipment is used by U.S. customer in Czech Republic.)


	System for supplying of organic chemicals in hazardous locations The equipment used for automatic long-distance supplying of flammable and explosive chemicals in the semiconductor industry. Stainless steel design, pressurized enclosure system, controlled starting after purging of inert gas. Automatized switching to second 200 l drum after first drum draining. Control system with protected touch screen (graphic display). Status reporting by SMS messages. The machine is certified as an Ex for use in potentiality explosive atmospheres (zone 2). (The equipment is being operated in Czech Republic for a U.S. customer)


	Ingot cart for semiconductor industry The cart is designed to carriage up to 8 pieces of silicon ingots 30 kg in semiconductor processing. Dust-proof design, connecting valve to inert gas for purging. Possibility of carriage outside clean rooms. (The device is being operated in Poland for a Danish customer)


	Special purpose machine for marking of hot-rolled bars Fully automated marking equipment is composed from left and right telescopic arm with marking units, each unit with eight spray guns. The device is intended for marking of hot rolled bars by way of 8-digit code dots. Facilities are located on the sides of the sawing machine next to the conveyor which transports bars near to cutting and marking operation. Telescopic arm allows horizontal traversing of marking units upright to the marked bars. The marking unit performs movement of the spray guns in a vertical direction according to real diameter of the rolled bar. Both arms can be turned into service position for cleaning and removing cuttings from the conveyor. The accuracy of marking is controlled via the CCTV. Marking equipment is operated in conditions of heavy industry and metallurgy (high dustiness, low and high temperatures).


	Special purpose machine - Chemicals distribution boxes Boxes are designed specifically for automated distribution of extra pure chemicals in the semiconductor industry, such as H2SO4, HF, HCl, NH4OH, H2O2,, HNO3, etc. Electric equipment, software, pneumatics valves, connectors and connection points of chemicals allows controlled distribution of chemicals up to 8 points of consumption. All parts are chemically resistant. Boxes are made from plastic according to FM 4910 standard. Boxes stands on adjustable legs and roller track allow insertion of one or two drums (200 liters). The two-drum version allows automatic switchover of pumping from first drum to next one if first drum is already empty. Distribution boxes are equipped with automatic control system, touchscreen with visualization of the distribution process and all states of the inputs and outputs, operating status reporting via SMS messages.


	Special purpose machine for tubing coils production The automatic machine has been designed for the production of tubing coils made of different materials. The set involve a self-adhesive paper tape for coils fixation. At the coils can be set the length of tubing, the size of the rolls, number of turns, length and orientation of the ends of the tubing. The machine can be used also in cutting mode (settings of the length of tubing is possible), without coiling and strapping. Machine is designed for tubing diameter of 2-7 mm, coils diameter of 100-150 mm.


	Presenter for the inspection of silicon wafers The instrument is designed for Si-wafer (6"/150 mm diameter) quintuplet completion throw out from the standard plastic carrier. Adjustable "shifter" lifts 5 wafers, choice as "every fifth".


	Ingot etching line designed for fully automatic cleaning of silicon monocrystals. Device Features: • Processing of one or two ingots with a total weight up to 30 kg • Input and output conveyor with handling baskets, two-axis manipulator • Barcode reader of a loaded batch • Three process baths: (ultrasonic bath with detergent, bath with HNO3+HF mixture, bath with HF acid); PVDF material, circulation, automatic refilling of DI water and chemicals, warming-up and cooling • Three rinse baths: (circulation, dosing pump, sprays, measurement of the conductivity and temperature, water level control, quick dump valves • Dryer: (air circulation, 4 kW, 80 °C max) • Central control unit, LCD touch-screen, visualization of the working process • The control system provides bar code reading of the loaded batch, the calculation of etching time (with the help of accompanying Si-wafer), and all data recording. • Option: 30 kW demi-water preheater


	Ceramic segments grinding machine esigned for simultaneous grinding of two sides of a ceramic segments. Device Features: • Four grinders: 2 grinders for grinding direction to the left and 2 grinders for grinding direction to the right • Self-centering mechanism of the segments • Pneumatic clamping modules and sliding "drawer" on linear guideway for segments grinding • Four pneumatic cylinders for grinders thrust support • Direct exhaustion of the abrasive particles (directly from the grinding heads) • PLC control system with display provides a safety features, automatic verification of the sensors status, automatic clamping of the segments, operating modes and cycles.


	Machine for Si-wafers processing is a space-saving device designed for cleaning and etching of the silicon wafers. 	Triangular segment gluing machine designed for gluing and verifying of the triangular ceramic segments pairs, theirs gluing process and technology. Device Features: • Semi-automatic control system (counter of the processed segments, choice of variable gluing parameters) • The required pressure is provided via an upright pneumatic cylinder with power up to 7 kN • Upper suction feeder of the segments (segment is held on the top head of the piston rod on the vertical linear guideway) • Lower companion part - gluing table with positioning elements • A safe operation of the device (safety light curtain of the gluing process area)

	Methanol washing machine II Methanol washing machine II. Fully automatized machine for mass soaking electronic components in methanol and subsequent drying. Input and output positions are equipped with powered conveyors. Soaking proceeds in five consecutive methanol bathes. Sixth bath is draining bath with methanol vapour exhausting. Disposition of cascade baths interconnection is protected as an utility patent. Handling of processing baskets (total weight 800 kg) between bathes provides manipulator. Total length of fully stainless steel line is 12.8 meters. The control system of the line is connected to the supervisory production control system. The machine has Ex certificate for use in potentially explosive atmosphere.


	The mechatronics educational model The mechatronics educational model is built from components of the STROZA´s modular conveyor system as a didactic tool for programming training of industrial PLC. This model sorts cylinders by high and includes a belt conveyor, input tray, checkpoint, ejector and control system. STROZA´s modular system is using as a teaching aids in many secondary schools as a recommended teaching tool in textbook Mechatronics.


	The water pumping educational model The water pumping educational model is new part of STROZA´s kit system as a didactic tool for programming training with water. This model includes two separate baths, overflow, water level sensors, pump, valves and flow-meters.


	Ethanol washing machine fully automatized machine for washing off a electronic components in five consecutive ethanol baths and the sixth bath with demineralized water. Each bath has content of 160 liters. According to setting program a new clean ethanol is dosing to the last cleanest bath. Then the ethanol is flowing to the next baths through a special overflow system. The machine has a load conveyor, washing part with manipulator, drier and unload manipulator. Overall length of machine is over 13 meters. The machine is Ex-certificated.


	Wire part painting machine fully automatized machine for painting of strip by special paint with precise dimensions and precise thickness to small components made of 1mm wire. The machine does loading of components to carousel, painting of strip in two steps, baking of paint in six small furnaces. The final verification of paint position by four cameras. The machine is producing 1 piece per second.


	Belt bow conveyor is designed as a part of manufacturing line of cars cooling coils. It helps to provide a continuity of manufacturing lines without any reloading of products. Max. loading 50 kg/m. Outside diameter 4700mm, belt width 1100mm, angle 180°.
